CCI Announces Executive Leadership Appointments
Dale Hooper Becomes President and CEO; Brian Wagner Assumes Role of Chairman of the Board
TORONTO, March 25, 2019 /CNW/ - Cannabis Compliance Inc. (“CCI” or the “Company”), a global consulting firm with subject matter expertise in the regulated consumer product industry, today appointed Dale Hooper, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. Brian Wagner, CCI’s founder, will assume the newly formed role of Chairman of the Board. Both appointments are effective immediately.

As founder of CCI, Mr. Wagner has been a cannabis-industry leader since the Company’s inception in 2014 and continues to be a thought-leader in the space.
Mr. Hooper has been working with CCI as a strategic advisor on a few key initiatives. In addition to refining CCI’s unique offering to clients, he also led the company’s efforts to define CCI’s long-term growth strategy.

Prior to working with CCI, Mr. Hooper was the Chief Brand Officer of Rogers Communications where he oversaw the team responsible for Brand, Advertising and Sponsorship. He also played a leadership role in driving the digital transformation to improve the customer experience and marketing effectiveness of the company. Before Rogers, Mr. Hooper held senior roles with PepsiCo Canada, where he spent thirteen years.
