Indoor Facility Design

A properly designed indoor grow environment provides the ability to have maximum control over your crop at all stages.

Cannabis Compliance Inc. will devise a facility design based on the size and scope of your business plan. There are many configurations and styles for producing cannabis indoors. Unfortunately, there is no proven growth method or facility lay-out that is recognized as an industry standard. The decision process may seem overwhelming at first, having expert advice identifying the benefits of each growth method and how to integrate these ideas into your facility design will ease the process.

An Indoor facility warehouse has many intricate details and differences in the build out/retro-fit over commercial greenhouse productions. Most indoor operations involve all stages of the growing and processing of medicinal marijuana to take place under one roof. The workflow and security requirements would also differ.

The goal with indoor grow operations is to mimic the natural environment for optimal plant health and growth purposes. The rooms are sealed and equipped with optimal grow lighting, Co2 injection, air circulation, air filtration, control over exhaust odors with heating and cooling systems (HVAC). When dealing with indoor operations one can expect to deliver reliable consistent results.

An indoor grow environment provides the producer the ability to have maximum control over the crop at all stages.

Grow room size and room separation along with good production practices can make for a high quality medicinal marijuana product. The importance of room separation is to have control over the environment, timing of harvests and mitigate risks due to a pest or disease issues. We provide recommendations on room sizes, ceiling height and configuration to achieve the best growing environment. We can give input on the design details to create an efficient work flow, with an emphasis on sanitation throughout the facility.
